  • 1SCOPE: The discounts apply to any titles by these publishers (not just to titles currently listed in our online bookstore--we accept special orders). Exceptions are very rare, and only due to publishers' "short" discounts on selected titles.
  • PROOF: If you are a new customer, we require proof, e.g., communicate your order on business stationary (or by email if you can point us to a website that shows the same billing or ship-to address you are using), that you are a reseller or a YWAM ministry.
  • METHOD: To obtain these discounts, place your order by email, or mail it to: WorldChristian.com PO Box 9208, Colorado Springs CO 80932 (these special discounts are not available when ordering through our online store system).
  • PAYMENT: We accept payment with Visa or MasterCard, or U.S. dollar checks (drawn on U.S. banks) made payable to WorldChristian.com. If paying by card, we need cardholder's name and card's billing address, number, expiration date and the three-digit code from the card's signature area. If emailing the info, we recommend for security to split up the number into two emails.
  • SHIPPING & HANDLING: Each product in our online store has a shipping Rate ID # and a link to a shipping cost calculation table. For orders of 10 or more items, we will either charge the actual (including a small handling fee) shipping costs, or the stated on--whichever may be less. If paying by check, you may want to ask us for exact cost first. Existing customers in good standing can be invoiced.
  • TIME: To make certain that you will receive your order on time (i.e., for your own purposes), as well as to qualify for the above discounts, we need to have your order in hand at least ten (business) days before you need the items (for USA destinations), and at least 15 business days for other destinations.
  • OVERSTOCK RETURNS: Unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand, returns from booksellers or YWAM ministries will only be accepted for items published by Emerald and YWAM Publishing within three months of the invoice date (a 90% refund will be issued on such items in resalable condition).
