Guidelines for YWAM Links
If you represent a YWAM location and wish to be linked, featured or have information changed on YWAM International's web site, please read and conform to the following guidelines.
The intention here is for any YWAM information to be accurate, timely and secure, and that you show yourself as being part of YWAM International.
Include the following notice on your main web page: "A ministry of YWAM International" (whereby the "YWAM International" is a hyperlink to http://www.ywam.org/). Merely adding a link to ywam.org on a secondary "Links" page along with other miscellaneous links does not qualify.
Only post information relative to your direct area of ministry responsibility. If there is an overlap of what you are doing with another YWAM work, make sure that party is fully aware of what you intend to say about them. Do not write about other people or ministries without their consent.
Your pages must be reviewed and approved by your operating location, or ministry leadership.
Be careful not to say anything that would insult or bring offense to any race, religion, denomination or person. Remember that your pages will potentially be seen by persons critical of, suspicious of, or even opposed to your work.
Do not compromise the safety of any work or workers on the larger mission field.
Always include an e-mail address link for people to contact you, and be ready to reply to inquiries.
Finish your pages with a date indicating when the site or page was last updated, but do not use an automatic dating that may mislead visitors into thinking that you updated the site "today."
Use a YWAM logo.
