The ideal Assistant Coordinator will help develop Converge Fellowships (internships/outreaches) for college students and young adults. This full or part-time role is for YWAMers with any YWAM location to foster ministry to university students and young adults. Converge Fellowships may be with YWAM or with a partner host organization.

Commitment: 1-2 years
Requirements: YWAM DTS. Not necessary to be a current YWAM staff.
