Overview

The Leadership Development Track aims to equip and empower YWAMers to be effective missionaries and impactful leaders. Rooted in the framework, vision, and DNA of YPC, the LDT seeks to instill these core values and beliefs in each participant. The LDT is a journey of spiritual formation, leadership development, and missional empowerment. Through mentoring, training, and a missionary environment, participants are challenged to grow in character, servant leadership, and a Kingdom perspective. Core values include radical obedience, faith, passionate worship, cultural humility, and multiplying leaders for global missions.
