Leadership with vision of this area, its needs, its economic uniqueness, the earthquake nature of the area, its current ministries and the visions of expandin. People who are committed on a long term basis. As founders for 10 years, who would like to movei into elder positions while remaining in assist mode, we are very much looking for a base leadership person or couple (preferably) to pickup the vision of this location and continue to press it forward.
