Overview

Once someone has completed the Foundational Leadership Course with us at YWAM Asheville, they become eligible for a trial staff position as a school staff for the next DTS. This looks like being a DTS staff member, with the option to stay on staff long term after that school is over. We offer this position as a form on internship to see if YWAM Asheville is the right place for you before signing up for a 2 year commitment.
