Construction knowledge. Spanish extremely useful but not mandatory. Coordinate and recruit incoming teams, funding, resources, projects, materials, for construction projects. When not doing this important position, be general base staff working with youth and children. Construction projects are brick, concrete, rebar. Many masons and 'engineers' available.
