Overview

We are a mission that is building staff. We have a current staff of 4 and a lot of children and youth to reach. We are targeting a staff size of 8+. We are a rural mission, about 14 kilometers north of the city of Ica. ~900 unchurcned children in walking distance, another 350 or so teenagers. Leadership and focus on the youth is needed. Lots of tools, infrastructure, help and ideas available.
