Accountant Duties and Responsibilities: Review receipts posting Review disbursements posting Reconcile all cash accounts Monthly “close” Review budget v. actual and investigate/explain differences Report Ministry P&L’s to Area Director and Ministry Heads Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts Post adjustments to General Ledger (QuickBooks Online) as necessary Financial process management Develop and maintain accounting practices and procedures Compliance Annual IRS filings

Requirements: At least 2 years General Ledger experience QuickBooks, excel proficiency
