YWAM built an aquaponics set-up in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya on a recent outreach in partnership with an organisation called Sheep Care. The outreach team from Los Angeles worked in the Soweto-Koyole Slums using knowledge gained from their own large aquaponics set-up, called a “Food Machine”.
In South Sudan YWAM continues to serve the displaced people there as there are increased cases of cholera, and a large risk of famine.
