Overview

YWAM Uganda has eight YWAM bases around the nation and more are coming! But we are one legal entity. As National Office, we do the work of accounts, auditing, HR and communication to keep everything in order and satisfy legal / government expectations. As we do this - we also want our staff in the different locations to be growing and developing their organisational and admin skills. So we have a desire to make this practical - that we are doing what we need to do while building the capacity of our other teams. Can you help?
