Overview

Our dream is to grow admin capacity across YWAM Uganda. YWAM Uganda has 8 bases around the nation - but we are one legal entity. So as the National Office, we held everything together - that is communications, accounts, auditing, HR - so that we fulfill government and legal requirements. Our work would be simpler if we could help the bases to grow in these areas. If more YWAM staff could develop these skills. This is our dream - to grow admin skills in all the locations. Through site visits; workshops, zoom coaching, video - whatever works!
