Start with the Discipleship Training School (DTS). Stretch yourself by serving in a cross-cultural setting. Spend six months centering your life in God. Seek personal breakthroughs.
For a shorter opportunity, you can also start by volunteering or by joining a mission trip.

After the Discipleship Training School, spend two or more years journeying alongside a community of people who desperately want to serve Jesus with their whole lives.
Serve on a Ship
YWAM has more than 20 vessels that provide medical and dental care, disaster-relief supplies, Bible distribution, and community development. There are many ways for you to help.
End Bible Poverty
You can help us provide a Bible to one of the remaining Bible-less languages. We distribute Bibles, and help people create oral translations of Bible stories.
Reach Unreached Peoples
If you sense God leading you to nurture disciple-making movements among unreached peoples, YWAM offers in-depth training programs, coaching, and experienced people to team up with.
Get University Training
YWAM’s University of the Nations offers associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in focuses like Christian ministry, the arts, education, counseling, and communication. You can get equipped for a lifetime of serving God.
Dive Deep into the Bible
In YWAM’s Bible training programs, learn how to study the Bible, live it out, and teach it to others.
Learn to Lead
Get mentored by men and women who inspire you. Many YWAM locations offer a leadership mentoring program or internship after the DTS.
